Testing Compliance

All FPL products are in compliance with the standards and regulations set out in European and American Legislation. We also complete additional tests that are required by individual member States of the EU, as well as catering for individual retailer requirements.

We manufacture and test according to the specific needs of your business. All product testing is conducted by European Notified Body laboratories with branches in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and China.

Product compliance is an absolute given. FPL ensures to the best of our ability that every product that leaves our premises is compliant and fit for purpose. We regularly batch test from our own production line.

A sample pick test from finished goods are selected randomly by our Quality Team. This is all part of the service we provide testing compliance.

Ethical Compliance

In conducting our business activities, we aspire to fulfil our role as a good corporate citizen. We contribute to this goal by implementing Factory Compliance Standards (FCS) and consistently monitoring and auditing our vendor base.

We regard employee safety, employee satisfaction and working conditions to be of paramount importance. Our internal unannounced audits ensure that we are in regulatory and legal compliance at all times.

To make certain of this, our factories have been certified ISO, BSCI, and SMETA, and are regularly audited both by our internal social compliance team, as well as by third parties at the request of our partners.

Please note our FSC™ certification is tied to our Hong Kong registered office (FSC-C119305).

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance and control is of utmost importance to us. We have a fully dedicated Quality Assurance team of 15 staff located in Hong Kong, Ningbo and across China.

We ensure that every FPL product is up to the standard expected by consumers and is representative of the quality we pride ourselves on. The team is made up of various professionals in their own fields. Quality Technicians, Goods Inspectors as well as Audit and Compliance professionals. All work together towards a common goal, to ensure both our trade partners and consumers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from us.
